At karlaidlaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or feel quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and include the provided RA form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our studio using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves the return, you will receive a digital gift card or exchange confirmation via email within 5 business days.
